Zitong Wang Joins NEC Institute for Concert Artists

Following her success at the 19th International Chopin Piano Competition, where she was awarded Third Prize and the Krystian Zimerman Award for Best Sonata Performance, pianist Zitong Wang has been admitted to the Institute for Concert Artists at the New England Conservatory.

The Institute for Concert Artists is NEC’s highly selective post-graduate performance program, designed to support exceptional young musicians as they transition into international concert careers. Wang will continue her studies under the guidance of renowned pianist Dang Thai Son while pursuing an active performance schedule in North America, Europe, and Asia.
